VXX - 1-2-3 Bottom?

The other day I wrote that VXX had an Al Brooks' reversal.  I think today we have Joe Ross' 1-2-3 formation, albeit the margin might be a little too small, with the close just above "2".  The way I see it VXX is painting a clearer picture than SPY.  That mean good news for the bears.
